 Hi, I'm not sure if this is the cause, but there was a power cut a little while ago and when I checked my Accomplishments, It's saying I haven't gotten 3 that I know I did. In fact, they are in my PS3 trophy list so what the eff man, what the eff? I think one of them even says I have the 25/25 required for it so what's going on exactly? The only ones I should be missing are unwavering, insanity, and hijack an Atlas. =P

Is one of them the one for 25 melee kills and the other two for the dlc pack trophies? The melee one for 25 isn't a trophy, just an in game accomplishment and the dlc ones don't show up in the menu likely due to a glitch.

Yeah, it's the exact ones you mentioned. Well, glad to know that it's not just me, and that the power cut didn't mess up my profile. Thanks, dude.
