I got the 360 CE and I have 3 downloable codes:
-Shale Character
-Blood Armor
-3 items code

Where do I get the Stone Prisoners DLC? Is it a part of something else or am I missing something? Thanks.

Shale is the Stone Prisoners DLC. Having him in your party extends some little side quests that have to do with his story

The Stone Prisoner DLC is a short quest where you will meet Shale and after that he will be traveling with you. So everything is fine here, unless you didn't get a Map and a Tin Case (except for UK edition which comes in plastic box and not map).
