To what extent? You still have her in your party on an Epilogue save, so what would be the point of making DLC for Morrigan's and her child/child-god continued story when Morrigan still exists in your party and the "Final events" of the game haven't been 'finalized' completely (since it's indicated you can play more DLC from an Epilogue save).
As for the discussion going on about Flemeth being good or evil, that's a choice the player makes. It's ambiguous. My personal view is that she's more "Chaotic Good" than evil, but she's must closer to a neutral stance. Can there be such a thing as Chaotic Neutral?
Anyway, Flemeth knows the score. She seems to not want to see the world destroyed as much as the next person. Whatever her plans for the future maybe, she does not wish the world destroyed or conquered. My guess is she's interested in two things, and two things only, well before The Warden shows up and Morrigan 'exceeds Flemeth's expectations'. The two things Flemeth were concerned with was most likely Knowledge and Survival. Knowledge and she's always seemed to be interested in other's perspectives, in knowledge, and intelligence.
I think she laughs and refuses to answer when you ask for "the truth" because there is no single truth. It's too simple a question for such a complex topic. What is true, what is false. These things are determined by those who survive. They are personal perspectives that we take up by looking for, finding and interpurting evidence. Truth, true truth, is unattainable. That's just my take on it anyway. I'm probably making too much out of it. lol
Flemeth is an unknown. Morrigan is an unknown. Their goals, their plans, and their conflicts are unknown to us because they aren't fully explored in the game (and don't have to be). This lets the player make it whatever they want it to be. It gives them a role in the story, and in telling the story. It allows us to form our own opinions on the truth.

I am always hamstrung in Morrigan's quest when I remember that without Flemeth I would be dead.
At first I felt really guilty about that too and chose not to kill her, but then I realized that there was a very high likelihood that she saved you just so her daughter can bear an offspring off you with an old god's soul. That cured me of it.
