Anyway, Oghrens beard is epic for the fact alone that it's waist long. Most dwarves around here would die for a beard like this. If they implement it in the CC i might be willing to wait for Oghren info another week.

I miss Oghren. I wonder why he uses an Axe when the Devs have said (I think) that Axes are not typical Dwarven weapons in Thedas.

Hmm.  Maybe Warrior Caste houses have weapons of choice, like drow?  Could just be that he found a weapon that works best for him, as well.

Just because axes aren't 'typical dwarven weapons,' that doesn't mean that dwarves CAN'T use axes. He might be part of that 10% of dwarves who use axes.

True, but you'd think that if they went to the trouble of mentioning the fact that dwarves don't usually use them, they wouldn't depict him using one unless there was a reason.

Oghren doesn't need weapons! He is so awesome darkspawn tear themselves apart in fear of him. Or he can use his beard as a weapon!



But in all seriousness I think that Servant has a point. I would think that no one would mind if he was using a weapon against the darkspawn.

Because my first playthrough is solo and i plan on being a mean ass which helps me have no companions to use.
Its too tempting to have companions to use so gotta kill them off.

Oghren's hands are registered as weapons in every land, therefore such barring of say...a war axe is no different than him punching someone. Oghren is invicible, he's a dwarf on a mission and his skeleton is coated in adamatium. Fear him!

Did you know that someone experienced in a martial arts is considered a lethal weapon and cannot fight back against an attacker? Oghren was deemed a lethal weapon at birth. He still fights back.

Well, technically speaking his voice actor is the same one who voices Wolverine in the X-Men cartoon.

So he kind of is.

He is Wolverine in ONE of the X-men cartoons. There's a difference .
