Not sure if this is the right place, but here goes.
I bought the DDE because it was on sale, thinking that I'd also get all the DLC and stuff with it. I was wrong. So I went and bought the Ultimate Edition so I'd get all the extra content as well. Yeah, I bought both, sue me. I was wondering, am I able to access the DDE bonus content on the UE or is it ONLY available when playing the DDE? I bought both on Origin.

If you redeemed the extra content for both games using the same account, then yes, you should. If you look at this page: https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php, you should see both the UE DLC and the extra stuff that comes with the DDE.
Unlike the Mass Effect Games (or Dragon Age 2), DA:O installs and syncs DLC from within the game. Make sure you're running the latest patch, 1.05, and once you log in UE, all of your content should appear-- it may take a few moments for the DDE stuff.

Alright, I THINK I have everything registered. Just to be certain, the DDE bonus content is listed as "Collector's Edition"?

Probably. I don't have it, but that makes sense (the same content was marketed as "Collector's Edtion" for the physical disc version). BTW, while I suggest letting the game install the DLC, you can manually install it. There's a link to the Dragon Age Wiki's page on manual installation in the Solutions Roundup (see my sig, below). I mainly mention it because there are some other bonus items, which were promotions from various retailers, which can be accessed and manually installed for free. See that page. Good luck!
