Okay so here goes.....

I pre-ordered the DE through Steam... finally got it to decrypt and run. Logged in and despite getting the invalid code message have had my codes accepted and got all of the content to download... now here is my question:

In the downloaded content I have all of my items BUT I cannot get the content to install... how do I get my downloaded content to move from that tab to installed. My friend bought the retail version...activated it and all his downloaded content moved automatically once it was downloaded to the installed tab.... WHY WON'T MINE????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To get mine to move to the installed column I had to press the refresh button near the bottom of the screen by the area telling you how many ms points you have. Hope it works for you

b/c Steam f'n sucks, Steam says they install your DLC automatically but then you open the game and it isn't listed as installed it just gives you options to buy, Steam blows and we all have problems game after game so this is the last I am using it and we should all use it.

I have steam and i installed the game fine. what you have to do to get your Bonsus. is take the keys steam gives u go to the bioware site, and register the keys to you account. then start the game and log in. that should give u all the bonus items. the only problem now is what above people have said about the install bug. where it freezes and wont actually install. ive been starting and stopping and loggin out and in and same problem. wonder if bioware will fix this soon.

UPDATE: Thanks to those that responded...as I mentioned in my original post I had already entered my codes (registered e.t.c) for all the items and had them all downloaded they just simply would not install after it said they were 100% downloaded.



With regards to the refresh trick...unfortunately that did not work for me. I simply had to quit and re-launch multiple times until they finally moved over to the install (Note they also re-downloaded at one point as well)



Think I probably just got lucky...this thing seems to be bugged to hell at the moment. Hopefully this will even out over the next few days.
