Why should your Shepard not behave like a dick to her when she is a dick to you?  Why should I be all nice about the fact that the stupid woman keeps on questioning me about Cerberus when it is obvious I have nothing to do with Cerberus?  I am supposed to be cool with someone questioning me every step of the way and being incredible juvenile about it?

Well, some people didn't know that Ash can talk to Shepard with respect. Haters gonna hate and that's it.
The truth is that if Shep will be nice for her a few times you won't have to use paragon/renegade option to persuade Ash to shoot Udina.

Funny that I remember the dialogue options being pretty decisive. She asks straight out at one point and the matter is settled until the incident with Udina when she was taksed with protecting the councilors against a full on invasion. Udina even fabricated evidence against Shepard to sway her and yet you can still get away without killing her...hmmmm sounds like loyalty to me...

Oh and if you romance her she gets passed her hangups and is supportive. Again why take the path of shooting her when you can influence her perspective and get some hot poetry quoting tail while you are at it (if you're male of course).

Whether or not she's being a dick to you is completely subjective to the player. Keep in mind that when you treat Ashley very well, the amount of caution she has towards you is minimilized, so you need to look at the side as well. Now to you, she was being ****y but to me she was being very cautious, which let's be honest here, is not that unreasonable. Even if Shepard was telling the truth, which he was, he very well could've had a chip installed in his brain, so that TIM could control him at any point. In fact Cerberus came VERY close to doing that.

I actually thought one of the twists that would happen in Mass Effect 3 is that you find out TIM installed some sort of fail safe or something like that, in Shepard's body.

First of that: Horizon. That speaks of itself. And how she suppose not to be suspicious after ME2 and Mars? I mean, look at husks soldiers. And she was right. That could be Shepard. Miranda even wanted to put the cheap into Shep's head! And later, coup? Wasn't that strange that Shepard runs into the room, closed the door behind him and aimed the gun to the Council? SERIOUSLY? Not at all? Huh.. I must be the strange one.

Clearly you are, I mean Shepard wanting to kill Udina (a councilor whom he deliberatley pointed a gun at) would not in any wasy seem suspicious to a normal person. Geese what are you thinking.

Yeah Horizon does speak for itself. I explained to her what was going on and she saw the collectors everywhere snatching up people and Cerberus was behind? Really now? I think it is very obvious Shepard was not a husk. It could not have been Shepard. You could look at Shepard even with implants and tell that it was not Reaper tech and Shepard was not a husk. And while Miranda wanted to put a chip into your head, she didn't and TIM didn't approve in the first place. And as for the coup, If I was working with Cerberus and hated her guts I WOULD HAVE KILLED HER AND THE COUNCIL WITHOUT MISSING A HEARTBEAT. The fact that I told her to stand down instead of gunning her down obviously meant I was not evil. She was stupid.

Legion disagreeing with Shepard is actually logical. Legion wasn't being a ****. He was just trying to save his people. Ash on the other hand mistrusts Shepard for incredibly irrational and stupid reasons.

It has to I think.  The same contempt people think Ashley has for aliens is the contempt they harbor for Ashley.  Yet Pressly, who makes a direct and obvious racist statement, gets a pass.  He goes so far as to mention that it's nigh hereditary.  So, I mean...he can't be any different regardless of what that datapad said.

I didn't act like a dick to her. I told her I was tired of complaining and that I couldn't make her believe me and I didn't have time to visit her at the hospital cause you know....Im curing the Genophage, Yet she told me to go to hell. I wished I could've told her, Meet you there.
