I'll play it, as intended. I'll have a save ready just before the Cerberus raid and I'll play the whole Priority: Earth mission just in case there are any small changes.

I think it's best to give it a chance to grab you in-context.

After that I'll tear apart the .bik's and .pcc files to find out everything they've added and then return to the forums to get some apologies from the hardcore I.Ters

Haven't booted up origin in months after the ME3 horsecrap they call an ending. IF and WHEN the extended cut comes out, I'll reinstall origin and have a go and see if they can salvage the ending. Otherwise, goodbye EA/Bioware, I'll remember you for killing the gamer in me.

sign into xbox live and start the download come on here to get the general reaction(no spoilers) while it is downloading still play it no matter what just want to get a general jist of what to expect *Edit* including the IT looking forward to whatever comes from this Bioware has only let me down once in about 10 years (I even really enjoyed DA2) so i hope you salvage this ending so you can salvage me as a loyal fan

Definitely play, in fact I'm aiming to do a second playthrough so I can get it in proper context.

I don't want to be spoiled for it, but I also don't want to see it 'cold'.

Might watch it on youtube if I get bored enough, they already raped the cuddly pet of choice I'm not that interested in watching their extra special magical bonus that shows me how the pet actually liked it, how they cuddled afterwards or why they felt the need to rape the pet to begin with..it got raped, will never be the same pet it was and everything else is just the fallout.

It was a fun ride but ME3 killed the IP for me, no reason to go back and replay 1-2 or see them squirming over 3.

I'll ask on the forums if IT is made canon. If yes, I won't install it but make a ritual sacrifice of all my ME material instead (all right, not really, but you get the idea).

Otherwise play of course. I'll use one of my existing renamed autosaves to see how things will go. If I like it, I'll replay the whole trilogy.

That's my issue, once they ****slapped "my shepard" into 3's ending he was no longer my shepard, he was their shepard and my choices or actions lost all validity as did my emotional attachments to shepard and friends.

Whether I watch "their shepard" or someone elses it will have the same lack of (mass) effect now and it's quicker to watch it on youtube than wait for origin to sort itself out and boot the game, replay whatever needs to be replayed then sit there getting more and more depressed at eaware trying to explain how I missed the point of their story.

I don't think we'll have to. Chances are details about the EC will get leaked, and from there people can decide.

I will wait for the reactions. I deleted my ME3 savegames and so the EC has to make up for the entire ending before I play ME3 a second time. If the EC somehow fixes everything then i'll be willing to maybe, almost but not entirely, forgive BioWare.

I think I'll read some users opinions first, without watching on youtube or playing right away.

If comments are negative I'll just watch it and be done with it, if they're positive I'll play again with the Shepard I left on Tuchanka.

I'll play it of course, why would I wait 5 months to watch someone elses Shepard experience the content? It's going to be just as disappointing if it sucks and if it's brilliant I've spoiled a lot of it and lost that emotional resonance that I would get from experiencing it for the first time with my own canon-Shep.

I'm torn on this. I'm desperately waiting and wanting something epic from this, however I'm feeling quite a bit hesitant. I haven't decided yet which way I will go. I want to see if it truly is awesome, however I don't want to play the entire last Priority Earth AND play MP to get up my EMS just to have it break my heart all over again. Still on the fence. Will wait and make a decions once they have perhaps announced more...and maybe I'll even have to root around here and try and get a consensus. I just don't know yet.
