I have a savegame where my Shepard got stuck in the Normandy, right next to Joker and EDI. Trying to move doesn't result in movement, I just stand there. Exiting the game and reloading doesn't appear to fix the problem, and I don't want to have to restart the game from the first level. Help!

Have you tried talking to Joker and EDI? I didn't have a saved game where in I'm immediately stuck between them upon loading it, but I did encounter this bug a few times before. Talking to Joker or EDI seems to work, at least for me.
EDIT- I forgot to mention that if you're going to talk to either of them, they shouldn't have their "can't talk right now" responses (i.e. Joker simply saying "Commander." if you talk to him), since these would not trigger a cutscene. Entering and ending a cutscene is the key here, as it resets your Shepard's position.

You have to avoid standing on the floor stickers behind Joker. There may be a mod to makes Shepard fly but I haven't heard of it. Ask for it in the fan creations forum in the modding thread.

Actually this is a common bug.
Best alternative is to trigger a chat with either of the two and immediately move as close to the door as possible. This spot seems to be between the two, so avoid that spot

Unfortunately, neither Joker nor EDI triggers a cutscene... There's no cheat code I can use to jump myself to a different location, I'm guessing?

^Well that sucks.
I'm afraid I can't be of further help to you. The next best idea I can think of is to load an earlier save, or reload an earlier mission. The PC version (at least) has an autosave function just for that.
And no, I don't think there's a cheat code that allows you to jump to another location. If there is, it's not common knowledge I think. :/

If you can't load a previous save, see if you can at least restart the last mission. It will take you back a bit, but at least you don't have to replay the entire game. The modding thread may help you. I remember ME2 allowed for tweaks that make Shepard walk through obstacles.Solus1290 wrote...

I learned to ALWAYS quick save when entering the cockpit. Saved my butt a couple times.

Prevention is the key to this bug.
A. Avoid the spot (between Joker and EDI). For safeties sake always quick save before entering the cockpit
B. If you must talk to them, trigger the convo and then scramble for the door (I mean literally move as close to the door as possible)

Repeatedly saving and reloading the game along with mashing lots of buttons allowed me to eventually escape.
