What happens if the warden becomes king and is in a relationship with Zevran? Is it like when Alistair marries Anora but, if in a relationship with the female warden, keeps her as a concubine?

Indeed. Once the marriage has been negotiated, speaking to Zevran will trigger a conversation in which he'll imply that he'd stay, but offer to leave if that's not possible. You can either take the offer and end the romance or you tell that it doesn't have to end and he'll happily stay -- provided you've been to the tent/his approval is high enough (71+ I think? but I'm not absolutely certain). IIRC no one else commented on it (not even Loghain, and that after his behaviour in my Ostagar made my Warden angry enough to go and show off his relationship with Zevran just to spite him...) and you get the letter in Awakening.
At least with ninja-mancing Leliana the conversation will trigger after any point you've got engaged, even if it hasn't been announced yet, and since Zevran has apparently heard of it I'd wait for story reason until after the Landsmeet. (Or you just assume Zev was spying on you.)
