well lets start ok i was going to play mass effect 3 multiplayer then i notice that the server was down so i whnt for it again than it let me in it randomly trow me at the class selection menu and saw that my soldier class hade the vorcha quarian male and cerverus guy unlock it (i have my cerberus adept thats mine i earnd it but the others wher glitch or bug in the game so i got curios i tryed to de ploy them but dosent let me so i whent whit my level 20 soldier class human male and found out that my n7 eagle was missing and other guns so a check my amps and they are missing all of them not just a few no all of them some of the guns whent missing not all of them i tryed speking whit ea but the tell me to come here insted plz help me give me a tip on this i want my guns and amps back i miss them o my rockets termal clip packs and medigell and the other one are ok i did not lose nothing ther bioware plz  tend to this now i m a loyal player never critisize your games but now you have to helpme plz

p.s this is on xbox 360 the guns that i can remeber are the n7 eagle n7 huricane the turian sniper rifle the one that shots explosives and my amps well realy i dount remeber only that i hade evry kind o amp and vi tagetind and headshot dameges omethings like that
