Your saying I know nothing? I do know about other countries. I know those two countries are the worst they hate Outsiders, also they are fresking dictatorships which they give no freedom to their people. They steal from their people. Anything new and more Mass Effect is The better.

Please, if you dont know much about a country, dont judge them.   The Iranian people actually like the USA, but their government isn't exactly America's biggest fan.

You don't know much then simply don't judge. Have you been to North Korea? Have you been to Iran? Heck, have you even been OUTSIDE of the US? Don't be a typical american.

You could also flip it the other way and pick some non US cities from rest of the world like Sydney,Berlin etc ..the list goes on.

This. Earth DLC did that well. Would like to see more uncommon cities.

I liked that they chose to include Vancouver, it's not the biggest city in Canada or anything yet they chose it anyway. They seem to like mentioning Singapore in lore so I wouldn't be surprised to see that feature in the universe in some way at some point.

Can't see my hometown ever making it into ME, my country has had its fair share in the last game. And besides, Britain is only London!

Also, OP; try sound a little less ignorant when you talk about other countries. People aren't "hating on you", they're just reacting to your comments, e.g. calling their history "boring". Just try be a little more considerate

Your request for New York in ME3 started reasonable (although I and many don't agree with it) but now you're getting ridiculous.

Nah it's just a trope, stereotypical of foreigners (Americans) to think that it does, it's the only city that ever seems to feature in both foreign productions. It also doesn't help that cockneys seem to think it is the centre of the know universe (**** the square mile).

I don't have a PS3, but I heard from mates about Resistance. Yay for York, but Grimsby? One of the devs clearly had to have been from there, why on earth else would you want that hellhole in a game?

You're forgetting Sherwood forest, which covers all of the UK that isn't London, Liverpool and Scotch/Ireland (apparently in the US that's considered an ethnic group, you try telling them that here they'd probably start another war).

Stockport, eh? You didn't pretend to be from Manchester which is interesting. I'm from Leeds, which people like to forget is the third biggest city in the UK. When have we ever been represented I ask you? Our county is more populous than Scotland goddamnit!

OT: Jakarta is a good shout. I would like to see a poorer place to see how bioware imagined them developing in the 22nd century. Rio? Mexico City? Buenos Aires perhaps? In Europe we don't need stereotypical capital cities! Valencia, Lyon is already talked about in the game, Munich, Milan, Cork?

*sarcasm* Yes, a country formed off one of the biggest human empires (Persian empire) and a country mainly formed off a huge confilct between Communism and Captilism have boring histories.... 

Also, Russia is not a dictatorship, you must still think we are living in the 1980's with the Solviets.
