Objective waves are much tougher now with multiple Primes around, and no headshot damage on them. And in objective waves it's hard to keep together on PUG's.

Fair point, but besides that? I keep reading about all the changes they've made to the Geth, yet there ain't that many. Though I think that a while ago I was able to backflip out of a Pyro's range. At the moment, seems you can't do it... <_<

Also Primes spawn more turrets. While staggered. In impossible places. They never did that before.

Pyros will adjust their flame when you are mid-dodge. The best way is to not dodge back or sideways. It's best to dodge right into them and try to run through them. Then you have a slight chance of survival.

But are you sure that it never worked? I simply may remember it wrong. Thanks for the tip btw, hadn't thought of it.

That is what irritates me, we don't know officially but many feel Geth got tougher - more than what could be explained by the balance changes we know of. So either we are remembering stuff wrong, or we are not told all of the changes.

It may have worked before. But Pyros flame was extended but the animation was not. So they can fry you out of visual flame range.

If you run fast past Pyro (not try to run away after he's started frying) you can get away with just shields down. They are REALLY slow, and apparently not just slow moving.

I find it hilarious that these buffs were obstenibly intended to punish farmers, yet they had zero actual impact on said farmers' ability to farm. The Geth are buffed to the point where fighting them is an unfun slog, but the ones who suffered most for it aren't the grabhappy FBWGG farmers - it's everyone else who has to now deal with super-powerful ultra-cheese Geth - and things like staggerproof Hunters that can shoot/kill you when hacked or airborne, Pyros reliably shooting through walls, Missile Troopers that arc rounds around cover, and Geth Primes capable of physics-defying turret placement and automatic stunlock rape-pulsing.

People farmed Geth in gold so now they're beefed up to the point where I only want to play against Cerberus on gold. And Reapers on Silver.

Especially even they are in the "stunned" animation, they can still shoot... GRT and hunters? Their weapons are obviously not pointing at you when they are firing it... WTF really...

Anyone else had their friends and family taken away from them thanks to a Geth Hunter? He has killed many of my people. It's borderline Genophage status.

Ah yes, the Overpowered Geth Faction Stunlock. BioWare dismisses these claims... and we all die a little more inside when the hero Trooper's rapid fire rocket launcher cackles diabolically in our general direction.

A wise man working in the game industry once said "The worst thing you can do to the player is take away controll from him".

He wasn't referring to stunlocking in particular, but it definitely applies here. And he's absolutely right. I'm not annoyed at the fact at I'm dieing so much as at the fact that there's nothing the game let's me do about it.

Krogans really do not deserve the horrible things stun lock does to them. I mean, fun as they are, they were hard enough already to play on Gold. Now I never bother with the class. Which is a shame...

Mobility, in general, is killing certain classes. Stun lock just adds insult to the injury. No doubt Geth needed to be buffed, but not in that way.

Yup, it sucks to be a Krogan (and to a lesser extent a Batarian) due to stunlock. Its wierd that they fixed it for the Krogan Vanguard but refuse to fix or even comment about it on the other Krogans.

On silver last night with my Vorcha sentinel I'd get shot and mash A to dodge and my Vorcha would just walk around since the stun lock stays with you for a ridiculous amount of time. I couldn't dodge more then half the time. Vorcha are just as useless againt the Geth, its funny when I try to flame a flamer with its shields down only to be downed before I even connect since their range is way better.

I hate the Geth to play against for all of those reasons.  I don't mind dying, but they're incredibly cheap and on top of that, very boring to play against.

This is really pissing me off now. Every time i think i've reloaded my weapon i go to fire it to fight back against the Hunter or try to use a power, stunlock wont let me.

Sometimes i think i've reloaded because i press reload and hear the 'click clack' after the animation, only to find that the reload didn't quite complete because of the hunter or prime.

Im not a FBWGG farmer, 99% of the time my mission settings are on Gold/random/random. But now i find fighting Geth absolutely no fun at all. They are cheap and nasty and now i can't even reload unless i've ran a mile away from the nearest enemy.

I might just stop playing Geth altogether coz its just a chore now.

1) Hunters have stunlock
2) Primes have stunlock
3) Rocket Troopers have stunlock
4) Pyros have double range now and drop you in just a few seconds + blind you
5) Hunters have double range now
6) Primes fire turrets through walls which magically land directly behind you
7) Rocket Troopers can fire bullseye shots at your face even when u stagger them
8) Often Geth will camp the hack objectives instead of moving in to kill the largest cluster of human players
9) Hunters movement speed is immense
10) All Geth see through your cloak if you're Infiltrator

Completely agree.  Posted something tantamount to this myself a couple of weeks ago.

The worst part about the Primes' attack (and whoever this was a good idea should be fired) is that there are THREE of them in sequence.  If you get hit by the first one, you don't even get a CHANCE to get to cover to avoid the other two, and by then you're annihilated.  Totally cheap.

Hunters also has an amazing "ability" to render biotics useless. first two warp you throw at them goes through them. lol :D

Sadly. Avoiding with HS for pre-marking target for throw.

When they're fully cloaked, you can't lock onto them for power use. If you shoot them, their cloak will shimmer and let you lock on for a split second. Basically shoot them, and the second the hit lands, check for lock and launch a warp, it will always connect.

It also has the bonus that warp negates their cloak. Since warp deals a small amount of damage continually, it will keep their cloak shimmering for the entire 10 seconds, making them very easy to spot, and granting you the ability to lock on your Throw for a satisfying detonation with no problems.

If someone overloads it, throw anyway, the tech burst is enough to kill a hunter, and might be enough damage to decloak his buddies.

Taking out Hunters at long distance with a HS is just a matter of spotting them.

you forgot how random rocket troopers have rocket machinegun. pyros wont shoot you at their maximum range. they let you get close and think youre safe... then they shoot you and its impossible to get away

Rocket Troopers bug me. I get that they're supposed to be powerful, but there needs to be a longer reload time between rocket volleys.

Yes, I hate condor as well. Definitely the hardest to spot them on. Still, the vast majority of the time it's players not spotting what they should.

Even if you spot them, it takes way too long to take em down. By the time you take Hunters cloak he closed in, shot you and you get stunned. Primes are shooting, Pyros closing in. Rocket troopers machine gunning rockets. BW overbuffed geth badly. Plus the completely buggy nature of the faction and you have a nightmare.

I could be wrong (and I probably am), but I think they revved up Hunters' movement speed as well.  Those suckers seem like they close in a lot faster than they used to.

I was using the Quarian Engineer, and TacScan revealed a Prime inside a room (can't recall the map). I walked round to the entrance, ready to throw a Grenade... and a Prime Plasma Burst CURVED around the wall to hit my face.

Ok, i already KNOW that all the enemies wallhack in lieu of proper AI. Its the same for just about every other game (a few minor exceptions, such as SUper Mario Bros). But this BANANA SHOT belongs to the Euro Cup, not ME3

Yeah, geth are not much fun. If they get in close, it gets pretty ugly pretty quick.

I'll play a random random gold but I'll pick another enemy if I have a say.
