can't play dlc

hi
i'm having problem in playing the dlc "lair of the shadow broker" and "kasumi - lost memory"
i have the cerberus netwok active ( i didn't received any e-mail but i shows active in the game)
i have downloaded both dlc, but i can't play them, it's seems everything is ok, but i see my personal terminal and i don't receive any message to start the missions
what is wrong? thanks any help and sorry the bad english

hmmm.....Don't know why the emails didn't show up, but just to be sure try the following:
1)First check under the "Download" menu (I think that's the name of it) on the main screen. You should see 'checkmarks' next to the DLC you have downloaded. If you do see them marked, then proceed to the following.....(assuming you tried some obvious things like logging out of the game and back in.)
2) Go to the the Citadel and walk up to the "advertisement tower" right after you get on the station, and see if a cutscene starts up.
3) Go to Illium and talk to Liara; see if new option appears.

i can't understand
in the download page it doesn't shows to download
but in my cerberus network it says about the content ready to use
even when i start the game it says that some dlc can't be started because i'm not logged, but when i log in, i can't play them

I guess I should have asked this first, but are you playing ME2 on PC, Xbox, PS3? You might also want to check the Technical Issue threads (related to your platform of choice); I can recall a few people to have similar probelms before, but don't remember everything they had tried.
