i don't hate the pc speed run crew, and they don't hate us. we get on just fine. it's friendly competition to prolong our enjoyment of the game. in fact, the only ones in this thread who have made a big deal out of the 'competition' are people on the outside looking in. everyone involved knows it's all love.

When you can do what they did, using the same weapons and build, and in less than 13 minutes, came back to me. In the meantime, please appreciate the fact that they are EXTREMELLY good players and that they can still find new ways to enjoy this game!

I respect your point of view, i never said you shouldnt do it or that i didnt like it, im just being honest and saying that yes, that is the best time possible, but you were using rockets and Krysea, those tools help a ton. I know it wasnt easy to archieve that but it wasnt hard either. Again, just making my point that if you want to compete (in a friendly way of course) those tools shouldnt be on the table. You know? Im being friendly here so dont get mad.

yes, we have goddess all vorcha and jade all phoenix planned. i believe pc already did theirs, we just need a consistent 4th player  to run with us.

what are you trying to say, dude? that we used things that would speed up the run? yes we did, seeing as that's the entire point of a speed run. i don't understand the point you're trying to make, as it is common knowledge that a. the krysae is good, b. the geth infiltrator is good, c. rockets will speed up clear times considerably.

i didn't post my vid and say 'look at this, i'm the best player in the universe'. i posted the vid and said 'this is the fastest gold clear ever recorded'. on the other side of the same coin, though...if it's not hard, again, i ask you (or anyone) to beat our time using the same loadout. you have our builds, you have our video to see the strategies, you have the weapons we used. i guarantee 99% of you won't even get close.

we will be doing other runs on other maps with other characters, so please, either enjoy/discuss these vids if you like them (or *constructive* criticism if you don't) or leave the thread. there has been enough pointless bickering in here to last a lifetime.

In all seriousness although I do feel dirty for having to use the krysae as well, the ends justify the means and these *are* speedruns.

it should go without saying, but these videos are POST gi/krysae nerf. we did not upload old videos and try to pass them off as new (which makes absolutely no sense,)

look for pc and xbox going head to head using vorcha against the reapers on thessia to see who is the largest blight on omega's society!
