Ive done some fast (for random UUG on PS3) Glaciers, sub-20 at least.  However you almost always get one useless, or at least average, player (which is arguably me  ) which can drag things down.  But if no one messes up the spawns, keeps together, has high damage output, and uses missiles as needed (not even 5, just one or two each), it goes fast.

Given the nature of other game's slowly getting faster and faster speed runs, I'm inclined to believe the OP.

Bechter here just want to congratulate the rest of the crew (Arelex, Relix28, and Major Williams) on some great runs today! In addition to us breaking the 10 minute barrier we has a 10:07 run against Cerberus just a few runs earlier (Sure that vid will be posted too). To all that think this is a doctored photo or somehow we cheated in game that will all be cleared up when the video is posted. Relix29, Arelex, and Major Williams our known quantities on this site and there are already several videos of the majority of this crew doing speed runs so lets do some research before we make such bold accusations people. Even more impressive is that we bested previous times that we had before the nerfs to Hunter Vision and Krysae. This just shows a little extra teamwork and everyone using mics is the way to go (Relix and Arelex). All hail the Xbox!

Anyone who is interested in getting involved and learning the basics to speed runs you can pm me and I would be glad to walk you through the basics.

Very impressive, guys! Do you have 100% knowledge where spawn will be and how to beat it most efficiently, or there is still some bit of randomness to it, outside of objectives?

Wth is wrong with me, when I see "GI/Krysae/10 minutes" all I think is "NERF!", but when I see "GI/Claymore/10 minutes" I'm ok with it :/ Hypocrisy?

To answer your first question, it is very easy to predict wheren the enemy will spawn in Glacier. It is even easier to alter where the enemy will be spawning throughout the match.

Yes, I know, but is it 100% control, like knowing for certain that staying at some places will make enemy spawn in only one possible location, or you just block some spawn points and are left with 2 possible spawns left?

Question - Does which objectives you get play a factor?

I.e. If your group plays a near perfect game, but you get the hacking objective 3 times, does that automatically mean a sub 10 minute time would be impossible?

Due to some questions, here are the builds:

Geth Infiltrator: 6/6/6/6/0 optimized for Sniping and Mine Debuff
Quarian Infiltrator: Not too sure, Relix can post his build.  Optimized for grenades (duh)
All had Krysae, Disruptor rounds, Snipe Amp, Adrenaline, Sniper Gear (Quarian had grenades)

Memorized spawns, used all 20 rockets (5 per person)

Credit to my whole team!

An inaccurate statement.  Many speed runs are done on the PC.

Fastest Reaper and Cerberus runs are on PC, just FYI.
