Did you even pay attention to the cutscene depicting the battle? If you did, you would have noticed the GETH ARMADA following Sovereign. That contributed to the destruction in a much larger manner than Sovereign.

The Reapers have never faced such an amassed fleet, at least by Javik's interpretation. The Reapers took casualties--this was in the war cutscene. They're obviously not indestructable and they're obviously not as powerful as they bullshat at us.

he's right, The Reaper cycles were only ever so successful because they snuck in through the back door and hit the Citadel first, This scenario is much different, I still think it would be very even fighting the Reapers 100% conventionally, but I think if the crucible acted as some barrier overload device that could bring down the Reapers barriers.. permanently, then the galaxy could take the upper hand in the battle and fight them head on.

I'd love to see that.

Then they dropped the ball utterly, and this fallout should have been more. The idea that you'd have to pay months after the game you bought to get an actually ending to it defies belief. It's not clever or smart it's a pathetic attempt to squeeze more money out of the consumer.

And before you point out it's free, it's only free because they know they can't get away with charging for it.

I hope this stunt haunts them.

The very facts that they lied from the beginning concerning the endings, they dropped (or corrupted) numerous storylines at will, they denied--publicly--ever considering the EC before the backlash, etc speak volumes. Ignoring those and insulting everyone "hating on Bioware" is just as nonsensical as what you claim the people are doing.

I highly doubt they would have charged for it. And you don't know that they would have. Hate all you want. I will remain optimistic until I have no further reason to.

And you have no idea if it owuld be free. It's EA/Bioware they would  try to charge for it. Any other SP DLC that's made will cost.

But even if you're right, are you seriously ok with an acepted game practice of an ending months after you buy the game? Do you want every single game you have to end with "get more DLC to get the last 5 minutes"

It's not Hate, Ijust can't understand the logic behind this plan, other than PO as sector of the fans that have been loyal.

I never insulted anyone. I have an opinion, and so you do. If you think I'm stupid for my opinion, then that's fine. I didn't ask for you to agree with it. I simply expect to you respect it as I respect yours.

And for the record, I believe some form the IT will be true. So that is probably why we disagree so heavily, because I know you do not.

You and I disagree. So, it is natural you would agree with someone who shares your beliefs. That is fine. I'm not trying to get you to sway. I wasn't even talking about the ending being planned, I was referring to an LI reunion. You brought it up again. Agree to disagree and move on.
