I am writing this for a fellow gamer who contacted me this evening with an issue I have never herd of.

He plays a number of games online, ME3 being one of them. His Xbox is freezing when he tries to go online, he contacted Xbox and they said they were aware there was an issue with ME3 and that his gamer tag is corrupt, he is an older fellow and doesn't understand what this means, they told him to set up a new gamer ID and gave him a free 3 month pass, this is not a good option as he has hundreds of hours into the game and would like to have the equipment he acquired, the bigger problem is he plays more than ME3 and doesn't want two Xbox live accounts, he spent two hours with Xbox then EA games, all he was told was they are aware there is a problem with some however there wasn't a fix yet.

Any suggestions I can give him would be appreciated.

If someone from Bioware sends me a message, I can give you his gamer tag.
