After getting the Wave 10 credits, I fight for extraction, but if I go down, I'll just stay down. I don't have the urge to use Medigel and my X button doesn't need further mashing.

Going to full extraction is a fun challenge, especially if you have a decent team who don't camp out at the LZ the full 2 minutes.

But y'know, if I get downed, I'll stay down. There are far better uses for medigel and rockets than extraction.

Or that idiot that after you complete wave 10 objective uses every one of his medi-gels and wastes 20+ minutes to try and down the 2 primes and 15 hunters chasing him?

If the match was meant to end after the objective was met on wave 10, then the match would end.

People committing suicide, or causing the deaths of other players due to their unwillingness to play for another 3 minutes after we have played already for 20-25 is infuriating.

Just as infuriating as players who insist you waste another 3 minutes and possibly rockets/Medi-gel on something that is entirely pointless.

It's not going to change until we start getting credit bonuses for Extractions. As it stands, I really don't blame anyone for doing this.

I don't consider it a win my team doesn't reach extraction, and at least one person gets extracted. And I don't mind using rockets and gels to finish wave 10, or to clear enemies on wave 11 come the last 20 seconds. Maybe because I have a ton of equipment right now that I'm looking for an excuse to burn through them, lol.

I always try to get extraction, but I consider it a victory if we atleast finish the wave 10 objective.

i was in a match today where after the wave 10 objective everyone ran into phantoms and got assassinated. i then solo'd the rest of round with my reegar kroganguard and made them have to participate in the extraction =D

Who cares if it was won, you got the credits. Winning serves no purpose.  Bioware gave us no purpose to extract.

I'll admit, I'll usually refrain from using consumables on wave 11/wave 10 after objective completion.

I'll still keep playing, though. I don't purposefully try to get myself killed.

yeah but people who are trying to speed run gold for creds are already lvl 20 and theres no point in earning xp, and they just want to make more money faster. i think BW should add cred for the extractions ie:
sole survivor 5000 partial 7500 full 10000 (gold of course)

If the team is bad - I prefer to keep my consumables for better games.
I don't farm, so moneys are a good target for me. No need of xp since I stopped to promote.

Whats the point of playing the game? To get fake credits to build up fake items? FINISH THE DAMN GAME YOU LAZY BOSHTETS. Even if all are level 20 and especially if some people aren't.

If I'm playing with people I know, I always do, on gold. If I'm on gold, I'm usually either level 20 or very close (don't have the skill to do it on lower levels), and often enough, I'm playing on a team of level 20s...

I know a lot of people are trying REALLY hard to get to that elusive level 21, but there's absolutely no point to extracting if the whole team is level 20. It's a waste of time. Level 21 cannot be reached! That level 20 XP does nothing! You just waste 2+ minutes of your life.

If I am soloing I suicide after the wave 10 objective is done.

When I am playing w/ others I no longer use consumables after the wave 10 objective is done. I will use all of my consumables before the completion of the wave 10 objective if I am playing with friends, or randoms who seem serious about what they are doing.

 Interesting idea. I believe that extra credits should be given to teams who achieve full extraction on Gold difficulty. This would motivate everyone to actually complete the wave.

If everyone's 20 it's a logical thing to do. If everyone agrees to it on mics I'm in. If someone wants to fight it out I stick around and help them out. Either way I'm easy.

Unfortunately, it's been proved that you've got more chance getting permanent gear from Spectre Packs, so for those going for it, regular Spectre is the way to go.

You shouldn't be so quick calling people idiots, that can backfire.

The word proof always makes me skeptical. Can you point me to it so I can see for myself?
