Two days ago I purchased the "From Ashes" DLC from the Playstation Network, it downloaded properly, and installed. I also recently started a new game+ just to play the game again with this DLC, and I bought it at the beginning of the Mars mission. Now that I'm van start the mission for the Turian homeworld I'm supposed to be able to play the DLC from what I gather, but the mission doesn't show up in my journal, and Eden Prime can't be accessed.

I've tried deleting the DLC and re-downloading/installing, but it makes no difference, the DLC just doesn't show up. And opening the DLC option at the main menu takes me to a window at the PSN that shows absolutely nothing. I have the Resurgence pack installed and it works fine.

Is it possible that the reason this doesn't work is because I bought the game in France, I live in Chile, and my account is registered to the US in order to gain access online? It's all so convoluted and irritating just to be able to play online.

Please, any help is greatly appreciated, I don't want to have wasted 10 dollars for this (twice actually, it costed me $10,000 CLP, roughly 20 dollars).

Your game disc is likely a different region then the dlc. US is region 1 and region 1 dlc is only compatible with region 1 discs. What region does it say on the side of the game case?
