Totes! The awesomeness of the warden flemeth and morrigan and the ogb would be soooo sick. now that my fanboyness is out let me be practical. Unless they could find some way to fit her into the grand story of the current war wit the chantry and the mages/ darkspawn intelligence then finding a way to squeeze her into a place where she doesnt belong might compromise the character and that's the last thing I want.

I don't see how anyone could think Morrigan's story is over.
I'd love for her to return from wherever the eluvian took her and the warden with whom I romanced her.
With that out of the way. I agree with the people who say that the Warden's disappearance, if you romanced anyone except Morrigan (or did not go through the mirror) is an even bigger mistery. Yes, why would Lelianna or Zevrann leave the Warden or did the Warden leave them? Where's Alistair's queen?
All questions I'd like to see answered in the third game.
For the record, I'm not that big of a Morrigan fan, I prefer Leliana and Shale to be honest, but I for one would definitely love for Morrigan to return in DA3.

I already saw her in the trailer and know she'll be in the new one, alittle as well as hints of other characters returning. None the less, I'll be glad to have her back, she was my ****y gal-pal..

I might be wrong but wasn't the default story for dragon age 2 that your warden did the ritual with morrigan and lives? Otherwise what was the point in the Old God Baby option or the story line DLC witch hunt? They are far from done with her story, just as they are far from Flemeth's end. There are far too many hints and details especially with that trailer. Looking forward to see the return of many familiar faces.
