Just got a reply from EA Support regarding my commendation pack:


Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I understand that you have not received commendation pack for operation Savage. I know it’s very upsetting. Please let me clarify that now we don’t have commendation pack for operation savage and it is yet to come. Please contact us after few days so we would be able to provide you commendation pack for operation savage. I hope you understand.

Should I e-mail the person back and say that others have received their packs or should I just wait for a day or two?
If it helps, I'm on the PC.

I did not get my commendation pack even though i completed the squad goals several times just to be sure.. Will definitely be contacting EA on this.. zzzzz

I have not received Commendation Pack but received Victory Pack, and I am sure that I have completed Squad goal minimum 3 times.

I have noticed that people who play on the PC have not received their packs (me, the two posters above me and a couple of others).

Have the commendation packs not been released for origin or something?

I have also not received my commendation pack despite having friends receiving theirs. Oh and I helped every one of them earn theirs. Also, why was there no N7 weapon in my victory pack?

PC packs have been given out (or at least some of them have) as I received both of mine yesterday..... I would have thought all the Victory packs would have been out by now at least.

ok...im seriously starting to think someone in bioware hates me personally or the packs are broken.
ive had the crusader 7/8 times in a row, 7 times in bloody row (litteraly bloody friends get pummled when they swing their valiants in front of me) seriously this isnt random and im not happy....my rant is done, now excuse me  i need to go murder my neighbor who got the valint for the 4th time in a row.

PC player here.  I got both packs by about 9pm EDT last night, so they were going out by then.

Same here. Both packs and extended cut were available last night. (PC player UK)

this is not fair really, You are waiting whole week to play, then trying hundred of times to play with correct squad members, then when finally you succeed Your are waiting several days for Your Commendation pack and there is NOTHING

Got my victory pack about 6:30 EST yesterday (Kresae ) and my commendation pack showed up about 8:30 (Crusader ). Anyone who didn't get their commendation pack should wait until tonight, last time I had an issue with it not showing up it finally came Wednesday night. If you still don't get it just log into your Origin account and use the chat support options, I had to use it once and they got me my pack in about 2 minutes.. dude even stayed on the chat while I went in the other room and powered up the Xbox to check that it arrived.

I got a Batarian Sniper Rifle which causes Bleeding and Disruption which was cool...and then N7 Valient 1...which I already had :/

Got both packs too
