PC player, did solos with my krogan sentinel in bronze. No commendation pack for me. And all I got in victory pack is an arc pistol + some consumables

Got Victory, but not Commendation. I play on 360. I'm wondering now if I got screwed by a drop-out. I tried several times to find a group to earn the goal with, but there were always 1 or 2 that didn't have/wouldn't play the needed classes. As a vorcha Soldier, I finally found a game with another vorcha and a batarian. The last guy was a human something-or-other, and we were about to kick him when he changed to a krogan. We completed the match and that was that. But thinking back on it now, it seems like I remember seeing a humanoid character in a helmet running around later in the match. Batarians don't wear helmets, do they? If I'm remembering things right, this would be a huge letdown. I've successfully completed every single individual goal they've thrown at me, and to miss out on a Commendation pack over something like this would be very frustrating.

Yeah, I didn't start playing until Saturday. Had a hard time finding a team that all used terminus characters. Finally got in with a group and we were all Krogan soldiers and vanguards. Completed a silver match and it was fun filled Melee Madness. "For Tuchanka!".

But all I got out of my commendation pack was N7 crusader II.

No commendation pack for me either, I had to play solo because I couldnt find ppl willing to do the "Krogan/Vorcha/Batarian" rule.

Just sorted out my commendation pack via EA's livechat support. I'd encourage anyone else missing their pack to do the same.

well I fixed my problem talked with ea got my commendation pack BW you made me happy once again! got the n7 crusaader my victory pack gave me the m 11 wraith.

I still haven't gotten my commendation pack and I'm unable to log into my EA account to contact a customer service rep. Anyone else have this problem?

After contacting EA, a Mr.Phungshok immediately awarded the commendation pack to my account, no fuss no worry. =)

lol, after getting another Hurricane I now have Crusader I; Eagle II; and Hurricane IV. Still no Valiant! Ah well, good for my Turian soldier I guess.

Totally unrelated post, but are all the EA servers down? Can't seem to be able to download the EC. Servers for EA's NFS World are also down, just wondering.

My last three ops Commendation Pack receiving record including Operation Savage: had to use live chat, automatic, had to use live chat. I don't even know what the real problem is, but having to wait in EA live chat queue for 8-10 minutes tells me that there is one.

Gonna wait one more hour, though.. I guess I'll have to contact the customer support again.. =/

Edit: Third try: EA's customer support ended the chat while I was typing something after he greeted me, how nice..

Edit #2: Fourth try: I finally got my Commendation Pack, Hurricane II, yay.

Once again, several players are not receiving their commendation packs, myself included. I will contact support in a few moments, but first:

Bioware, is it possible to investigate the causes for this? Is there anything we can or need to do on our end that would help resolve this issue? I'm sure most of us who are having this problem would be glad to help find a solution, so we don't have to bother support every two weeks...

Any response would be appreciated. Thanks.
