I had it off and on live chat with support I told that forum advert was missing this important info. CS employee promised to forward it.
It's quite obvious that people look at help sites when something goes wrong not before event.

*scratches head* Bioware has been pretty crystal clear that you need to have feedback enabled in order to get the packs.

I have it enabled and never got any commendation pack. I already spoke withe EA support and they dont know why I never get them.

Hah, with the EC (and being away from home) I'd completely forgotten about MP! Off to see if I've got any nice packs waiting.

Edit: And I've unlocked the Hurricane, nice one!

Nevermind. They can keep the commendation pack for themselves. I've checked the EA support like a hundred times, and it's always "there no available adviser at this time". I wouldn't want to keep bothering myself for something that doesn't guarantee me of N7 weapon anyway. I just wish this doesn't have to happen again. Pretty annoying!

My commendation pack is missing too, but I'm like 100% sure I've met the requirements. Not much to do. Got the victory pack though.

Send them an email. I received my pack within two hours after my email.

OK, I didn't receive my commendation pack and have been repeatedly trying to contact customer support but the Origin login on the EA help page times out every time. I'm not having any problems logging in to Origin otherwise e.g. to play ME3 and have previously filed a complaint this way successfully for Operation Mastiff. Any suggestions?

So.. Where do I go again for missing packs? I’ve read here a few times that you should go to the Origin help chat, but I’m not fond of those. Nevertheless I tried my luck just now.. This guy redirected me to the forums. Said the moderators would helpe. So, what about it moderators? Maybe he’s new? I’ll try the e-mail support.
