This is something I just thought of. This is really dumb. It needs changed to something like at least one krogan, batarian, or vorcha and at least one krogan, batarian, or vorcha must extract. That would be a lot better since even those who don't have a krogan, batarian, or vorcha can still participate.

It can happen, but you only really need 1 extraction which meets the requirements. Should be relatively easy.

I'm more worried about people without a krogan, batarian or vorcha being unable to get in a game.

It will be interesting to see a set of games with (mostly) no biotics and really few tech powers.

I dislike all these classes. I tried the Batarian Soldier again as a "warm up" last night and was reminded why I don't play those guys - slow, stupid armor, grenades which are nice but don't "reload" well and they seem very...fragile. Vorcha is a least objectionable so I guess that'll be the class I roll out.

Seams to be a lot of confusion over this "You can only play this weekend with Krogan, Batarian or Vorcha." Can someone at Bioware clear this up!

I think its just the squad goal only requires the named races, like last weekend "Op".

Community goal, 7milion troopers KIA is open to all races, again like last weekends "Op". It wasn't pizzas can only be picked up by Rebellion Characters.

Come on, Bioware clear this up for us, otherwise you are going to get a angry mob of Non-Krogan, Non-Bataran & Non-Vorcha player after you!

If its anything like last "Op" got the two Pheonix class guys the week after the event! (One hidding in the Victory Pack).

I think the next update to the game should contain a change to the "Create/Quick" game options. Why not add the challenge(s) and force the squad and level objectives to be satisfied before the game begins. So when I want to do the squad challenge, I can select this and the game will only allow me to use the correct characters. If the challenge requires a gold level, it will only allow gold to be selected etc. Seems like that should be a fairly easy implementation.

i am lost to get the 7mill kill count will the kills only count if the teeam is that 3 race or will the kill count count if you are a dif race?

Personally, i think you all have it wrong; i know exactly what bioware is doing.

Theve analyzed the stats, they know how many people have the needed races, and they dont like what they see.

By doing this weekend, the will force anyone without the needed races to play.

A LOT in order to get the card needed to complete the squad goal and get that coveted n7 weapon.

Vets can easily solo bronze, or do private games, so finding needed games for experienced players is irrelevant.

The servers will be bangin this weekend.

the only down side is there will be an assload of noobs in the pugs.

Then to be quite honest you just don't know what you're doing. If you did, you would not find Batarians fragile. They're anything but.

Exactly my thought on the last event where one person had to be from the new classes, think one person tried to mock me here. A possibility exists where people could be kicked from games for not being one of these 3 races. Wouldn't surprise me in the least, not the player's fault however if they have not unlocked the relevent race/class.

Giving players a random one if they do not have any unlocked for these events would be nice, that way everyone has at least one that can participate in the event. I feel all players would win if that does happen - everyone can participate in these events, players don't have to worry about if they can complete it based on what the others in the team have unlocked.

Why would they not like to see people with Krogans and Batarians and Vorchas, it's not like the players opt them out when they buy a pack!

The cards needed to obtain the objective (do at a bronze game with 4 KBVs) seems a lot more available than the previous ones (extraction on gold)

Same question asked here repeatedly.. Do the kills by only the krogan, batarian or vorcha teams (or mix thereof) count or do the kills by all the teams regardless of the composition count towards the community goal?

Not that it matters to me but it would be nice if there would be some factual information with regards of this issue.

we were all noobs at one point and since it can be done any skill level. noobs will use bronze.

To the "NEWBIES"...

Play, buy some packs. You will likely get at least ONE of these characters if you just play and get the packs.

With all the b*tching about how many stupid character cards we all get, I am sure some of these WILL drop if you give them a chance.
