Squad goal complete and definitely put my share of the dent into the community goal. Will play some more tomorrow though.

completed squad goal feel really bad not being able to put more work in for the allied goal but ummm the wife has hijacked the ps3 for the weekend... promise i took out as many troopers on my one silver game that I could even left the targets for last second spawnadin everyone. Havent played silver in forever and I have yet to earn a killstreak conventionally no rockets but finally got it with a lift grenade and a party full of KROGAN!!

The team combo is bad though. You've got so much desperation among the Vorcha and Krogan for kills it is making people stupid and there seems to be a lot more rage over kill stealing since it effects your ability to "improve".

it was fun with 4 krogan. bronze though.

for some reason i was put in an ongoing game a lot today. so i have to check every game i play if they are batarian/vorcha/krogan.

You do realize the answer to this is to get a second PS3 and second copy of ME3? Then, you can destroy troopers as a couple like my husband and I do!

As a hint (since I did this) set your character to a Savage before trying to find a match. I was set as my Geth and dropped into a live match and screwed up 3 other savages attempt to reach the goal.

haha trust me im one missed operations weekend away from ponying up for the 2nd one but Wii U in the future trying to spend my $$. But yea Netflix and little big planet have no priority over SAVING THE EARTH FROM REAPER INVASION!!. and partying up and headbutting everything in site

Make a deal. If she likes gaming even one iota as much as you do, let her know about the operations for this game and their special bonuses. Then, trade off weekends. You get ME3 on operation weekends and she gets them on non-operation weekends.

If you are a caring couple, the one should understand the wants of the other. There was a time when my husband and I had to share a PS3 (the one I bought him for his birthday present, actually). We shared it for at least a year, if not longer. I let him know when my friends were having online tournaments, and he would be gracious and let me have full reign of the PS3 for those events... as long as he could get his gaming fix shortly thereafter. LOL

Eventually, he surprised me with my own PS3 for a birthday present. That's when we really got into the online co-ops together.

Also a good hint... if you are hosting a room, even if you use Public to fill it up with savages, re-set it to private afterwards before readying up (even if you have a full lobby). That way, if someone drops, you won't risk a random non-savage dropping in and ruining your run. Most folks SHOULD be able to three-man it if you're doing silver... even two-man it if bronze.

I don't know if someone else has mentioned this, but i am disappointed in the racial limitations that Bioware placed on this weekend's Operation. While I have races to participate I've noted several people with N7 ratings of less than 100, which indicates that there is a high probability that they do not have either a Vorcha, Krogan, or a Batarian. I don not enjoy kicking people off or telling them "sorry but you have to go to another lobby." What I think Bioware should have done is set the parameters so that at least one of the players is of the required race, and if the entire party is composed the three races than a special mission achievement pack would be rewarded.

While I think it's disappointing that not everyone will be able to partake in the event, it is bound to happen. The longer the game is out the more new players there will be that don't meet the requirements. New players to MMOGs can't take part in everything and no one has a problem with that. People complain the BioWare doesn't put any variety into the Operations but if they have to plan each one to accommodate every single player's manifest, the events will stay vanilla. It also may be an encouragement for people to buy packs to get the things they need. It isn't a perfect world and not everyone is going to be able to do everything. I don't mean to come across as heartless jerk because I'm not. I just think it's the shape of things to come and there are reasons behind it.

Indeed. In a game (in progress) I joined last night, my Vorcha, another Vorcha and 2 Batarians were on for the squad goal. Part way through wave 10, one of the Batarian players crashed out. Wouldn't have been a problem for the other 3 of us except that, a few seconds later, some Quarian b*tch joined.

I hope she knows how lucky she is that there is no "friendly" fire damage in this game!

 117 lobbies, 30 games.  At MOST 3 of us were krogan/vorcha/batarian.  In those TWO games we had a non-squad goal race show up mid or late game.  =FAIL.

This is a bit...extreme or excessive for a squad goal.  

Sad, considering I met all the others...I suppose I should brush up on solo games...*sigh*

The Harrier is an Ultra Rare so yeah, Premium Spectre Pack is your best bet.

The Harrier is an Ultra Rare so yeah, Premium Spectre Pack is your best bet.

Just gotta say, I did not like the Squad Goal of this particular event. Personal opinion, just simply stating it for BW's sake.

I thought it interesting to see a specific squad set up as a requirement, and I don't mind that aspect, but finding a group to complete the squad goal was a combined two hour hunt. The variables as to why it took so long are varied and rather obvious.

If it helps, Im about to start running an Operation Savage game on PS3.  My handle is Black_and__Green.  Thats two underscores after the "and."  I'm not the best player, but Ive run at least 10 rounds that meet the criteria as far as I know.

Will, i have had only a short time to spend on my Xbox, and I have played only two silver matches... In both the games there were humans, gets or quarian.. So, I'll give a try today for a solo mission on bronze level, that I know I can do. Does it count a solo mission?
