I don't like this. I play on the PS3, where the players who know what's going on with weekend events is VERY much in the minority and it is going to be VERY difficult to convince people to switch to a KVB.
I foresee a lot of going on mic to say the same thing over and over only to have to kick people and watch people leave the lobby because we aren't rolling quickly enough and guh this already is gonna be a nightmare.

I predict a 175% increase in rage quitting this weekend. Also... was the guaranteed N7 weapon for Victory Packs a permanent addition or a one event only sort of deal?

This sounds insanely fun.

Krogan, Batarian, and Vorcha are my most under-utilized alien races... time to dust them off, I guess!

Which difficulty has the most trooper-level enemies? I mean, Gold has a lot of bosses, but do they have proportionately more troopers? I usually play Gold, but I just wanted to know if it may be more efficient to play at a lower level for the Allied Goal.

If you want to hook up with other cool folks for the weekend event so you don't have to play with randoms, check out the link in my sig. - Bronze Effect  I am also a PS3 player and the PS3ers in the group that I regularly run with are informed on the game and all have at least one of the required races.  As a whole, the group has members on all three platforms, playing all difficulties.

Easy to solve, by choosing [Private] before starting the match.

Over the course of 3 days it is improbable that you wouldn't find one game that satisfies the requirements. Each day as word of the challenge increases, which it will substantially, your odds increase exponentially. Furthermore, there should be more than enough ps3 players here to plan runs together.

To players worried about not being able to do the squad goal with randoms: Tell them via mic, or send a text message to the players in the lobby. Invite players from your recent players list, accompanied by a text message telling them about the challenge.

Wouldn't this be a good time to utilize the "special circumstance" line of the operation???

Special Circumstance: Vorcha, Batarian and Krogan are the ONLY characters that can be used to complete the allied and squad goals.
