No weapons in Victory pack but I did get Hurricane III in Commendation pack. I am pleased with the Hurricane, but was hoping for the BW... Just no luck with that thing... PSP's packed with Character cards.

Yep, you should wait for the announce Chris will post here when they are done handing out the packs. If you still haven't received yours by then, follow my guide and contact support.

Yes I have! Played Monday night and saw about double the normal amount. Guess they're picking up the slack left by all the dead troopers we killed over the weekend!

Most of the time when I don't get a commendation pack.  I do this weird thing called "waiting".

Lo and behold, I get my com pack the next time I play!  I figured it out the second time around.  Very Pavlovian, I know...

I don't need an announcement though. I talked to Chris two weeks ago and he said it only takes 2-3 hours to disperse the packs completely. After that it's upto the player to let them or EA know if they haven't got the packs. So I know it's not a case of the packs aren't all sent out yet, and now I'm waiting till the working day for the west coast is underway so I can get in contact with one of them as the EA customer support people all say they can't administer the packs manually yet.

Mmm, everyone who reported to me about EA not giving out packs yet told me support told them that's because they were given no communication from Bioware. So my guess is: when Bioware is done handing out the packs, they will tell support they can start giving them to players that haven't received theirs.

Yep, sorry if I miscommunicated my last message but that's partly what I meant. Thanks for the guide by the way, it helped me get my pack two operations ago
