I am actually trying to contact EA Support but I can't log in since the packs came out because apparently Origin is "temporarily unavailable"

Anyone able to give the email address please?

Try following my guide (be sure to read the introduction, don't skip right to it) and if that still doesn't cut it, try following the advice I gave in the first post of page 5 of the guide.

Well I can't call that number being in Australia. And the website doesn't work for me because it won't log in. It worked last time and I got my pack off them, it just won't this time because the login just says "temporarily unavailable" and has for 2 days now. The guide is how I did it in the first place, but without being able to login you can't get any contact info such as email or a number to call or do anything.

Oh and Zerozen, that is a good guide. It is a bunch of hassle when you don't know what you are doing like the first time I done it... Need a solution in there for when you can't login on the page though =P

If you have any other EA games with manuals its worth cheching through them for any contact details for local EA support or try searching online, took a while and not on an EA website, but I did found the UK support telephone number that way.  I known low tech, but sometimes the old ways work!

I've had to use it twice (sent an e-mail first time and just today I used the live chat.) Both times it got resolved very fast.

And I got my Valiant IV today

I just logged into the EA site and contacted chat support for my pack.No issues at all.

If you still have problem logging in,you might want to use a different browser or check your internet settings(firewall,anti-virus,etc)

I don't mean that there are viruses present on your computer that are interfering with your login.

I'm talking about your anti-virus software(if you have one) that might be interfering with you login.Sometimes certain updates can cause them to suddenly treat a perfectly legit site as a bad thing(false threat).

Either way,I'm logged into both origin and the EA help site now with no problems at all so I don't think it is an issue with Origin or EA's support site.

Used live chat support and besides the waiting time got my commendation pack within 2 minutes so i suggest if you still have'nt recieved your pack then contact support.

I got a crusader though :|

Contacted EA support and apparently I didn't have my feedback tracking on. Balls. This is my fault. Oh well, I've already got the Valiant and the Hurricane. I'dve probably just been given a Crusader or something.

i got salarian infiltraitor which is now maxxed in victory and it gave me an eagle 3.. im still missing 1 commendation weapon the last one we all sposed to of got in victory pack gave me my cerburus harrier... i spoke to support they said they couldnt do anything for me..

I had the same problem this week. Use Internet Explorer and it should work.
