That's pretty much Bioware's main theme of ME3, so Mission Accomplished?

Say what you will, but it's a rare occurance for a company to do anything like this, so you guys are getting it pretty good.

I'm more of an optimist personally. I'm glad to be getting some extra content for free. Some people wont be happy unless Bioware completely remakes ME3, which, let's be honest, is never going to happen.

Yeah its rare, putting a band aid on the spot where your arms have been ripped off doesn't happen often, for a reason. There doing this to save any dlc plans and DA3, don't fall victim to their lies again, that is the only reason they are doing this. They want to get back to retexturing some ME2 content so the can sell us some "Retake Omega" action, once again their creativity has been sold down the river.<_<

I was one too, until Mars (and the auto dialogue). Now all I have is a mixture of hate/disgust/pain for them that burns brighter every day.

Copy & Pasted from the same thread yestersday:

Summer will mean different things to different people. Some people think of it as June, July & August (traditionally teh warmest months). Some people use the astronomical calendar which means summer is between June 20 and September 21 this year.

For Australians, summer runs November, December and January.

For the Extended Cut, Summer will refer to when it is done and ready to be released. Could be this month, could be next month, or August or September.

Then why did Bioware give us a date at all? I mean really first you give us a game with an imcomplete ending that ruins the entire series, then you promise to fix it with a release "this summer" a term which to anyone sane means "The season summer in the country the studio is based in". Then you say "Nah we'll release it whenever.

Learn to deadline. Or better yet, learn to actually plan better. If you can't do something by summer don't say you can. Don't announce even vague release dates until you know you can meet them.

Being in a wheelchair I don't often get stabbed in the back (just in my port) by someone I trust, so when it happens it stands out.

Because of EC, they now have very good excuse not to give us any DLC for SP. And so they push everything in MP.

You see, now that's not very optimistic at all. If a company making a game you don't like is considered a stab in the back, you should probably sort through those priorities again. :P

Their lying, hubris and forcing me to play MP is the stab to the back.

I would think that your girlfriend cheating on you, or you mother tellIing you that you were adopted and that she doesn't love you would be good examples of a "stab in the back."

"Bioware made me play multiplayer" sounds pretty... Well it's a pretty lame example of betrayal. :P

I've really not had a normal life, video games between treatments are one of the few pleasures I have, so to me it is a stab in the back.

I've invested more time into video games than I care to admit, but still. Doesn't that seem a litte extreme?

/sigh, I can be patient. Just please do it right.

Although I'd like to be thrown a bone, here... I suppose blind faith is the best I can muster.

Just don't burn me again, Bioware. It hurt last time. Although the pain decreased, it hasn't stopped.

What the hell?
1 star for this thread (0 if I could). BW should take all the time they need to make this as good as they possibly can. I personally am fine if it is delayed even until after summer as well.
Take your time and do it right BW!

I'm not sure why Bioware seem to receive such faith from some of you anymore, but then we all have our own views, be a boring place if we didn't. I myself enjoyed their games for a long, long time and have a whole collection of fond gaming memories, but the direction they have gone lately just makes me feel rather morose.

Ignoring the latest few games which have removed any inclination I have to pre-purchase another game from them (I will simply wait for legitimate user reviews of a game, if I even buy another Bioware game at all that is, it would have to be something truly special), the standard of communication has really put me off them as a company and I certainly don't feel like a "valued" customer anymore, well, valued for anything other than my cash. What communication we do get is over hyped marketing drivel or something that ultimately comes across as condescending in some manner, at least to me. Alongside that I feel we are either flatly lied to, or, have what we are told twisted to such a point that they can back out and say they meant something entirely different... and hence we never really get told anything of value beyond "Buy buy buy! Get this amazing DLC!".

You can call me indignant, perhaps I am, but rather than anger I just feel a real sense of disappointment. I haven't felt this way about a games company since Bullfrog bid us farewell. But then, I am sure this point has been made fairly recently lately so don't mind me.
