okay I was wondering has anyone made the face of the Warden from the
Ultimate Edition Trailer? if so post a link on where i can find the how
to create or IF THERE is already a topic on here about this post the
link of that topic

First we need to know if you are on PC or a consol?

the mods wont work if you are on PS3 or 360.

A quick attempt on the consol would be
Preset 6
Hair 7
Hair color 9 (last choice)
Stubble 4
Stubble color 9 (last choice)

I dont remember seeing any actual eye color, and you can adjust other features accordingly, but that should get you started.
