I find Ghost to be the easiest map to solo, honestly. You can more easily funnel the enemies together by moving in a circle from place to place. Stop and kill a few to get them all coming to you, then run along the perimeter to another good spot, kill more to get them to you, and so forth.
Plus most of the objectives appear in side-areas of the map, rather than right in the middle of it, so you can draw enemies away from the objective, then run to it and finish it while the enemies thread their way through all the obstacles.
There are long sightlines where you need them, and lots of cover when you don't want enemies shooting at you from across the map.
I'm a fan of Ghost for solos as well for exactly those reasons. I find Glacier too confined if I screw up, and Condor's long sightlines and poor cover can lead to Bad Things Happening if you don't watch your flanks. On Bronze, no big deal, but Ghost just gives more wiggle room.
