Well, this is stupid.
I recently moved into a new house without internet yet. I'm writing this via 4g.
I wanted to play some ME3, but I tried to load up my Shep, and it said I needed From Ashes to play. I checked my system, and I very much so had it downloaded.
Please tell me it's a horrible bug and not an intentional thing, because if it be the former, I may have to slap someone.
From Ashes MUST have internet?

Probably corrupted and needs to be re-downloaded unfortunately without internet you can not do that. maybe you could use a thumb drive and a friend's xbox. Just put your Xbla Account on the thumb drive and download From Ashes to the thumb drive then delete it from your xbox and move it back from the thumb drive. I have had that issue before in ME2 and ME1 with multiple DLCs. Have not played ME3 enough (guddam Black Hole).

I have played ME3 offline and it let me play the FA dlc.
