Battlefield 3 CQ is out with armored kill in september
Skyrims Dawnguard for xbox360
Diablo 3 is still great people only come back for events
and bl2 will be out in september

BW better step it up by adding some stuff soon or its gonna be over

personally i want: New enemy types, objectives longer rounds maybe 15 waves, and a platinum difficulty.

so whats it gonna take to keep everyone on mass effect 3 multiplayer, and what games or dlc will draw you away?

CQ is okay, already have made a thread about Dawnguard's impact, D3's impact is gone, Borderlands isn't going to be the big hit in the holiday season.

I don't think ME3 multiplayer was ever designed to be a long lasting multi-player attraction that can stand up to the likes of COD or Battlefield. The focus on ME has always been single player, even if they did screw up the ending. The mulitplayer was just an added bonus, and a pretty good one I think.

Dawnguard will temporarily pull people away till they beat that DLC in a few hours, then maybe play a bit more of Skyrim for a day or two. Such is the cycle of every Bethesda DLC.

The other 3 are specifically designed to be MP centric games. The fact that we're even comparing ME3's MP to them is a massive success.

The only game coming out that I'm looking forward to really is Borderlands 2, but that isn't going to make me never play Mass Effect 3's MP again.

This games fanbase and constant DLC (hopefully) will always mean there'l be a godd 1000-2000 people playing at most times. Even long after 2 months.

But with ME3 the primarily marketed the multiplayer ....

On topic: Diablo 3 is meh :/
Skyrim: Dawgaurd expansion is going to be fun
Borderlands 2 will be like Borderlands. A cartoon looking game where in the end you just end up repeating the same part to try and get better loot. Kind of like ME3 multiplayer right now ......
Battlefield 3: Close Quarters DLC really isn't all that like everyone thinks it is ....

Cannot wait for BL2. CQC Battlefield, too.

Hoping that Bioware will just announce a MP only ME title and go the hole hog with it.

I'm actually looking forward to Borderlands 2 and I loathed the first game. The story had better kick ass though anything that isn't a glorified fetch quest is automatically an improvement worth checking out.

ACIII, BL2 (Which I hope makes the ME3 community better), RE6, Halo 4, and Dishonored seem like this Fall's
winners in sales. Hitman and BL2 are also ones I'm getting. Hitman took too long to return. Hopefully Absolution redeems that.

No Fall of Cybertron love?

Also, I kinda figuring there will be a major lack in the players when Halo 4 comes out.

It's already tough for me to find reasons to keep playing... my manifest is mostly complete, I've stopped promoting, there's no new confirmed DLC, and the recent decision to go back to one N7 weap per weekend doesn't help. The events are really the only motivation I have to keep playing, and now that's only for maybe one game a weekend. In addition, almost all of the people I did play with have moved on... and silent PUGs are not so much fun.

Hopefully, something will come along and keep my interest up... but I'm not counting on it.

Eh. Only a handful of things I'm really looking forward to this year: Dawnguard, CS:GO, Borderlands 2, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Resident Evil 6, and maybe Halo 4. I've got CoD Elite and Battlefield Premium as well, so I've got plenty of options for gaming this fall.

But I doubt I'll stop playing ME3 MP entirely. Maybe not as much when TTT2 and Borderlands 2 come out, but I'll definitely still be playing, especially if there'll be more DLC.

I think with the success of the ME3 multiplayer they should release it separately(plus they can break lore if they did indeed do that and could add so much)

It will drop the players on the Xbox 360 for sure.

I'll probably even check it out, but I don't have that much personal hype for it.

Not interested in BF3. Same goes for D3. Borderlands 2? Interesting, but I have yet to play the first chapter (bought in december with all DLCs). Dawnguard will steal me from ME3 multi for a few days.

No thanks, I'll stay here. I have to. With me gone, who else will help people get their Commendation Packs? :P
