One of my collectors edition cd was damaged due to my xbox 360 being turned over so now the disk has a huge round scratch and won't function properly. I was wondering if there is some sort of warranty or replacement offer for my collectors edition. I still have the original receipt for it.

My guess would be you are s.o.l., might have better luck with MS or the place you purchased the game from.

You have only whatever rights you have from the retailer you bought it from. There isn't some special privilege due to it being a Mass Effect product. If u have the receipt then see if u can get a trade in bonus or by a preowned copy and swap and return it maybe.

This is why I will never buy another CE for 360 again. If the disk gets messed up, you probably can't even get a bargain bin copy of the normal game to continue playing since it will be looking for the CE disks. At least PC CE's don't need the disks unless you have to reinstall.

What are you talking about any me3 disc works the collectors edition junk was dlc. And I'm speaking from experience.
