The day before yesterday I promoted 3 level 20 characters at the same time. However, only one promotion was reflected in my N7 Special Ops Team rating and my single player EMS score. My N7 Special Ops Team rating was 18, it should have increased to 21, but it only increased to 19.

I contacted the Australian EA support and was given a case number 04397668. They replied saying they could not help and to post here.
