I have not received my reward packs from the last 2 events. I contacted EA several times and was finally told that I had to come and post my issue here in order for a modifier to credit my account for the rewards. This has taken nearly 2 weeks of conversations back and forth with EA to finally get me to this point. Could someone help me with this issue please?

i didn't get my commandation pack for operation overwatch, only the victory pack!?
i completed the squad mission with three of my friends and they got their commandation packages and yes i've turned the feedback option on!
the same **** happened on the weekend where i had to promote three of my characters. i did this, but i didn't get my commandation pack!?

If EA won't help try tweeting at one of the devs, if you catch them at the right time they may square you away.

me too. i haven't received 2 commendation packs back to back now. can't get them either, they just wave their hand at you. i am no longer playing or purchasing any more bioware/ea games.
