Most of the others are build descriptive names.

Very nice, I think I will borrow some of the greek names! Sherman I assume is named after the tank?

I've given one of my krogans the name Wiggles. Other than that it's a mix of silly and serious stuff. Nibbler is my male human engineer and Joren is my turian soldier. My quarian ladies are called Shantra and Vanjira, obviously trying to match their accent, but the male Q engineer is called Roger, so I don't know what I'm doing anymore.

Edit: Almost forgot! Male human soldier is Titanus, props for guessing the context.

My human characters are named after pairs of fictional characters. I'm most proud of Sasha Nein/Milla Vodello for the Adepts. Aliens get "Species class" since I'm completely unoriginal. Except the Geth, which I styled after code fragments.

My Quarian Male Engineer is named Keel'Koris, I have headcanon'd that he's the son of Zaal'Koris vas Qwib Qwib.

My Krogan Vanguard is named Binky.

I don't recall if I have any Infiltrators deployed.

I don't have any Soldiers or Sentinels deployed.

I certainly don't have any human characters deployed, those are the hardest ones to name, to be honest.

I try to give them names that make sense.

Often I take a name from the SP and "mis"spell it. There's a Quaraian named Xen? Ok, mine is Xin. Turian named Palin? Mine's Valin.

I named my Krogen Soldier, Warlord and my Krogen Sentinal, Legacy. If you don't get then you didn't play ME2 in which case WTF are you doing here? Get out. Now.

Geth Infil, Shadow (Shadow, Tactical Cloak, nuff said)

Geth Eng. Proxy (It makes sense if you think about what abilities he has and the meaning of the word proxy)

I went with the whole regal title of Thane and named my Drell Adept, Marquis.

Pheonix Adept, Ash (When a pheonix dies it burns to ash and then a new pheonix rises from those ashes, it's a sort of rebirth myth.)

Pheonix Vanguard, Cain (It just seemed right, a mean name for a mean set of skills.)

It's 'Moriarty', but still, fistbump! I know I've been sorely tempted to name one of my melee characters Mycroft in the past, purely for the cognitive dissonance.
