How I feel about Miss Helmet is a non-issue regarding what happened, Vega and EDI were going to be included anyway because they needed new characters that everyone was going to get, this is stated in the Final Hours of ME3 iPhone app. So yeah, Jack, an interesting, funny and gorgeous looking character, got pushed aside for what is one of the most boring characters in the ME universe.

I dont hate Liara but I find her annoying in ME1 she never really got the hint that my shepard was not into her until I had to spell it out for her >.>
Shes clingy over emotional and her fondness of shepard regardess if he she has another Li is creepy

I could tell tali was a pretty late addition as a permanent squad member. I expected her to leave after rannoch. Oh tali, you're still here? Don't you have admiral things to do? Maybe like preparing your people for the war we're about to fight? No?

Have you heard or read their converstions in ME1 (Shepard/Liara),
She is like a teenager in Asari years, the impact Shepard has made
on her is huge, so huge that the crash lasts for the 3 games.
She even 'rescues' you to be brought back to life.

I've never hated Liara. It's just in ME3, her scripted dialogue scenes where she knocks on Shep's door should have been replaced by LI knocking on door... Found that a bit... lacking.

Not to mention there should have been more Miranda for us Mirimancers.

has the most lines of any squadmate

Don't forget she gets her own glitch also if you didn't romance her, Kaidan, or Ashely. You get to see her blue face instead of the person you really romanced.

Um, wat? You ignore valid arguments, Vega and EDI did not have to be put in. EDI was already a part of the ship for crying out loud...

And tell me, why did they need new characters? Wouldn't it have been better if they brought back familar faces instead of catering to new players at the end of a trilogy?

You know....I hate to bring it up, because I really do like every squadmate in the trilogy(except for Kaiden. He gets Virmired on every playthrough)....

But this crying and moaning over Liara is pretty ridiculous.....hell, Tali is whiney brat all throughout ME2.....and in ME3 she's an insecure brat....

when Legion was uploading the Reaper tech, I just wish I could've "Renegade" interrupted her, and just knocked her out while saying "sit down b*tch", so that Legion and I can could complete our task....



Now doesn't that sound a little over the top? Well, all you Liara haters sound the same way....

Liara made a cameo in ME2.....she wasn't even a squadmate(until they released LotSB, where she can tag along for one mission). I have no problem with her being a little more involved in ME3, in order to make up for lost time....

Garrus is a fan-favourite. That's about it. He has no impact or importance to the plot whatsoever. Liara on the other hand is a) unavoidable and a walking plot device. Now, I do like her, but she is a writer's pet. This is a simple fact.

In the first game, yeah. A bit in the second one, okay. But other than that, the only one who is actually rude to her in the third game is Javik, and he's just saying what's on his mind.
