I haven't been able to determine exactly what triggers this issue to occur, but after being in combat in single-player for a short amount of time (varies greatly, but 15 minutes is typical), the buttons on the HUD will stop working completely. The HUD still appears when holding down shift, but the animation for moving the mouse cursor over the buttons no longer occurs, and clicking the buttons does nothing. Loading a saved game fixes the problem temporarily until it occurs again.

Is this a known bug? I already searched Google and the forums but couldn't find anything acknowledging this specific issue.
