I've recently noticed (since starting playing modules) that my NWN2 is crashing with increasing regularity and need to install DirectX 9.0c to try and rectify this problem. I've downloaded the files from the Microsoft website but then I was prompted to select a folder in which to place the extracted files.

I haven't the faintest idea, and the system didn't provide me with a default location. Please help.

No worries. For some reason, the 'Run' option behaved like the 'Save' option. I've found the exe file which is now installing the files in their correct location. Thanks.
