No. NWN2 Platinum does not include MoW.

I'd like to know for sure what exactly this "downloadable content" is, myself, since I own the Platinum edition, and have tried to find this out, too, and it's not explained anywhere in the included literature. I suspect it's just the patches that you download when you finish installing it.

Also, the "game modules from the developers of Neverwinter Nights 2" that it touts on the back cover probably refers to "Uninvited Guests", the sample tutorial module.

They probably just cribbed the box text from the NWN1 platnium edition.
