There are actually a few other multiplicative bonuses. The only other multiplicative one that applies to the player is the Melee mod on Shotguns and Pistols. All enemy debuffs technically are (ProxMine, Warp, TacScan). But those make sense, they are debuffs.
I belive the geth bonus to geth weapons 10% is also applied to base weapon damage like rank 6 tactical cloak evolution ...
An important aspect everybody seems to neglect is the fact that the modifiers that are applied to base damage - also affect damage done by ammo power (ammo power damage is calculated of updated base weapon damage)... So rank 6 evo nerf also lowers damage done by ammo power when firing sniper rifles from cloak ... Lowering the (already low) odds of the ammo power damage (which is applied prior to weapon damage) of removing shield/barrier and making it possbile for some shots to bypass shield gate ...(this assumes ammo consumables in MP are coded the same as ammo powers in SP)
