I want a way to extract only the CONVERSATION_LINE_TEXT (it's a
TLKSTRING) variables out of DLG files in order to create a script that
someone can print and use for voice recording. (The format of the
string is perfect for this: It contains the String ID and the text
itself, it's just this string that's interesting, but those lines are
scattered across the file)

e.g.

"1414260607:Welcome, wanderer."

Is there a way to accomplish that?

Perhaps a converter for GFF to something I can then modify?
