If I'm at 40% paragon and 60% renegade. What is the best course of action to attempt resolving Miranda/Jack and Tali/Legion conflict?
At first, I thought I could resolve it by the percentage of morality points, but it turns out this is not the case. Sort of playing it over, which won't happen, what is the suggestion?
At this point, I finished Jack's loyalty mission, but have Tali, Legion and Miranda left. I have not done IFF.

It is a bit more complicated than that... so I can't make guaranties
as you've been mostly renegade there is a good chance you can intimidate Jack and Miranda to resolve their fight.
For Legion and Tali I suggest trying to maximise your class skill and taking the 100% bonus to persuade..with that bonus there is a chance that either or both options become available
