As far as I know Reapers manipulated the Prothean DNA and they are the one who attacked Citedal in ME1 , so whats up with the Collecters are they just taking humans to research for the geth , I havent entered Omega 4 relay yet... but thats where they fight with the collectors and the ME2 game ends from this mission.. So does he fight with Geth in Omega 4 relay or with Collector t osave the galaxy ?

I could answer, but that would be a spoiler in a no spoiler forum. I don't think that it is a big spoiler to say that Geth aren't in ME2 very much.
