The bug which causes vanguards to become glitched when dying during a biotic charge is still happening. I just had this happen to me... health was almost gone, i charged, died just as the charge started and ended up floating above the map and unable to move properly for the rest of the mission. The patch notes for the latest patch stated that this problem had been fixed, but it apparently has not. Has anyone else had this happen since the patch?
