I'm GMT +1 actually, so here it's 4.00 am already, still, as all MP announcements were made in PST, I always assumed they weren't going to change that.Valtauran wrote...

All times have been PST until now. They are not past midnight there yet, so still on the 25th.
Then they should have been more specific, like 26th PST, because all they said is 26th, its been the 26th for nearly 3hrs, i want my DLC.
Also, i find it unacceptable that xbox gets it before PC, i really find it unfair, i haven't used my xbox for anything other then a glorified media player.

Same here, aside from being a tad excited, I'm keeping my expectations at an all time low.
Agreed.

I don't know...I still kinda feel ME2 & ME3 are simply 'dreams' to Shepard. He/She in that *GASP of breath scene is merely him/her surviving the crash of the Normandy from the beginning of ME2. So I keep wondering if the Collectors and Reapers are still coming. Shepard is alive after the crash and still has to recover in order to, now, actually go off to fight the Reaper threat. And that of course is if 'Reapers' are in fact, real. The whole attack on the Citadel now could actually just be a Geth attack, and Saren's ship "Sovereign", was just some remarkable piece of Geth technology....Kinda like the Asari counselor mentions in ME2.
I interpret those as just a neat tie-together between the games. In fact, there's also one in ME1, when Shepard wakes up in the med bay after the beacon knocks him out.
Additionally, all three games early on show video footage of your foe on a monitor, ending with a freeze-frame (comm room on SSV Normandy with Anderson and Nihilus, the security footage Veetor plays you on Freedom's Progress, and the transmission from UK headquarters).

So i read the Faq and I have one question do i have to load a legacy save to experience the extended cut DLC? or If i start an entirly new playthrough of mass effect 3 will I experience it at the end of the game? If I have to beat the game just to load a legacy save and replay the last three missions then that is absolutly dumb. I dont want to have to playthrough the bad ending just so I can replay and get the good ones :/
This is exactly what's throwing me off. So we complete the game (as usual) and then a 'legacy' save file is created?? I'm confused. Do I have to replay anything?
It answers your quest in the DLC FAQ.......read it.
Actually, I did read it and I wasn't confused until I read your answer to Mark of the Dragon. It made me think that I had to have my own save from before the Cerberus base. Then I read the faq again- crisis averted. Because I'm pretty sure some of my toons don't have a save from before Cerberus. LOL!!!

it's 7:30pm on the West Coast in America, which is probably what they are going off of. If they said early morning then it'll probably be available in another 12 hours, anyone waiting for it can go to sleep now since you have plenty of time to wait still.
Well, thats disappointing, i was hoping to use the time when swtor goes down for the 1.3 patch to play this dlc, i guess bioware screwed me over.

more so than you do. the change from ME3 body to the conclusion reeks of budget and time constraints, which is something bioware would have never done in the past. meaning a third party had interest in then releasing by X date, meaning the ending was rush and was changed by the third party. atristic integrity is not something with changing value, its an idea, and the artist does not get to decide with he has integrity or not. that is upto the audeince, and in the case of the ending, the overwhelming majority of players did not like the ending. most of my personal friends who played the game says it feels rushed or that they reall didnt know how to end it and were forced to make an ending before it was ready.
i will readily admit i speak in my previous paragraph as though it was an item, but it the easiest way to get my idea across.
I agree.

I'm leaning towards the same line of thought based on what I'm hearing. I think they'll fill in the plot holes, have a cinematic that shows the relays overloading*, give us an epilogue, and call it a detailed. Bascially a more detailed version of the Ending we didn't like in the first place.
*They blew up in the original endings despite Bioware thinking we are blind and stupid

Quick questions regarding the EC:
- Where exactly should you start your game save for the EC? It said before the Cerberus attack , but I havent played the SP in a while so I dont remember what its supposed to look like.
I guess what I'm asking is what should you see as soon as you load the correct save?
- Also, someone said that the correct save point for the EC to start was automatically created by autosave in the game before the last mission. If this is true then I should be able to pop in Mass Effect and get started with having to load a really old game save, correct?
Thanks
When you load up, you should have one mission.
Priority: Cerberus Headquarters
The game autosaves just before this mission, so if you finished the game, you should simply be able to load up the "Autosave" save file and go for it.
Thanks so much. This was the only thing I was worried about. Now to grind in the MP to get my Galatic Readiness back up.
