Just one comment: since you've used this metaphor, I'll expound a bit.  If I receive a dish for free or out of the goodness of someone's heart, I really ought not to complain.

However, if I have paid, say, anywhere from $60.00 to $80.00 for a meal, and it is served cold when it should be hot, hot when it should be cold, slimy, disgusting, bland, unappealing, overcooked, hairy, or any other adjective we'd normally potentially apply to food, I'd have every right in the world to send it back and ask for a replacement or my money back.

This is an old argument (and a very tired metaphor).  Bioware has served up a product that should perform to certain standards.  So far, the dessert (to continue this exhausting metaphor) was unsatisfactory and left an unpalatable taste in the mouth of many thousands of customers.  I might think twice before partaking in a business that couldn't get the last course right (not to mention has rather questionable and somewhat condescending representatives).

So why are people intent on biting the hand they paid to feed them?  To end this idiotic metaphor, the ice cream sucked.

Not according to the bioware tweet posted a while ago. Their origin target is 12MST for PC
For xbox it will be  2 EDT / 5 PDT

@28min until origin DLC

Maybe my math is failing due to time but isin't 12:00 pm (noon) MST in ~14 hours?
In other words, is the time right now 11:40 pm mst?

Dude, I am calm. I can't say I have high expectations for the DLC, but I can't help but be curious as to how Bioware sees fit to try and fix the craptacular endings with 'clarifications' for them.

I'm still not quite sure what are they going to add since it's not just Ending+Epilogue, they are changing things from the point where you goes to the HQ of cerbeus

I hope i wont replay all those areas for nothing... (the monster spam at earth level after the HQ is so annoying)

There is no Bioware or any company without us, the consumers. In this case we feed them and if they bite us we will no longer continue to feed them meaning that they, as a company, will fail. As much as they say they stand by their ending, they really must be having regrets from the loss of a lot of potential income. If Bioware could take launch back and give a proper ending to avoid all of this stuff, they probably would.

On topic, I'm excited for the EC and I'm hoping it takes the bitter taste of the origional endings out of my mouth.

Go to bed or find something else to do.

It's not going to get rolled out at 12:01AM on the dime. and even if it did, they'll wait until the last possible moment and make it on the west coast, so EST People will have to wait until like 3am or something

I wouldnt mind an explanation as to why both EDI and Miranda didn't know where TIM's base was, seeing that 1 had at least been there before and both were in constant communication with TIM there...

Meh can't even get it out on their "home continent" through their own service before the rest of the world has it, Yeah I know you guys are Canadian but Canada is part of North America, midnight at least for us here on PC, Xbox and 360 getting it before us when the game started as a PC SRPG is just mockery.
