I know i'm just nit-picking now but i find the way Bioware has treated the release of this DLC a bit disappointing, the twitter post was downright snark-y with the "i'll let you do the math for the # of hours" comment. For an addon that was supposedly inspired by the dedication of the fans and as a potential olive branch from the developers they sure aren't sounding too happy about the thing.
How is that snarky?
I think he just said that so that it's easier for people who see it later to see when it will be released. There is no point saying that it is so many hours from now because it would not be accurate for people who look at it later.
Stop excusing him for his snark buddy, the "it won't be accurate for those who look at it later" line is just bull.
If he says 2AM mountain time, someone can easily figure out what it is in their time zone, and if they look at it later then they'll not have to bother because it'll already be available for download.
Sorry, sorry, wasn't very clear i was not meaning to suggest that the singular comment was the source of the snark, i'm saying that other than the facebook/twitter announcements there really hasnt been any chatter about this, by comparison to say; one of their multiplayer DLC packs. There's no countdown, there's no in-game banner or header page, there's only the mention of it becoming available for the Wii-U on their homepage (bioware's homepage not Mass effect's home page there is most certainly one there). I'm just meaning to suggest that they should act a bit more produd of the addon, if the entire purpose for this is to improve their PR since the ending blunder you'd think they would make a bit more noise over it. Instead it seems to be that they are trying to keep it relatively down-key.
